Hello,
my http://192.168.1.1/ website is not open what can i do ? i want to change my wifi password please tell me how to open this website ...

Well if your IP isn't in the same network, then you cannot. What is your IP address? Is DHCP turned on the router?

Please understand that you are not connecting to a website, but a web service. That service is being hosted by the router you are attempting to attach to. Pull an IP address for the router and let us know what it is!
