Cannot connect fone to pc via bluetooth

Hello,
i cannot connect from my pc to my samsung fone via bluetooth, this is very strange as i had no problems in doin so yesterday and day before??

You should reset your phone to factory settings and try again

hi, iam using china mobile princeA960, how to transfer phonebook to Pc , pls guide me.
