Want to recover my password and security questions

I came from Sudan to Canada very shorty. But I could not open my yahoo email account. I forget my password and security questions.
So would you please help me in solving this problem.

You should also try to connect to your account through the Soudan Yahoo not the Canadian Yahoo.

Dear Facebook Team My Facebook Account Is In Security Check Preventing Login Issue From 2012 To Till Now I Trying To Login My Account Daily But Security Check Is Not Gone It Daily Asking Login Approval Needed And Upload A Photo Id And Options Also Not Changed Only One Option Upload A Photo Id But I Already Uploaded My Id But After 24 hours no replay is came from Facebook
