Can open but cannot store photos sent via yahoo mail

I can open pictures sent to me on yahoo.com, but I canot save them in my photo gallory.
The message is "down load unsuccessful"
I CAN download and save photos from other sources.
I am using an asus tablet

Try to disable your Anti-virus temporarily as it will block the attachments to be downloaded!
