Forgot my passwod locked out

Hello,

I can't remember my password and I'm locked out now. I tried to reset online but wasn't able to answer the list of questions they ask. I don't use any apps and don't e-mail. All I do is surf the net. Can someone help me. I tried the alt f10-no luck, alt f8-no luck. The computer keeps coming back to my sign in page. I can get e-amail at my sister's e-mail address ***@***.
