Hello,
I have forgotten my password and tried to use the resetting service but my mobile phone number isn't recognised. Don't know what my ID is either! I'm logged in on my ipad so haven't needed these for ages! Also, because i've tried lots of times, I'm now locked out! Help!

Hi

I read that you forgot your password and that you don't know your id.

I suspect that you have not used your account for at least 30 days. Am I correct?
