Window xp system only beeping

Hello,

My system is not working nothing is showing in the screen.when i power on my cpu its only beeping....dont know what to do.

After opening its getting a long beep and after few minutes same again.

Make and model of your pc please?

May be RAM is not seated properly but i am not sure without knowing the model.

switch off the pc.
Remove the RAM and reseat it again properly.
switch on the pc.

I have remove my RAM and seated it properly and the result is same.
