Help my vista keeps restarting!

Hello,
My sister trurd my laptop off like 250 times and its broken cuz she keeps restarting it! aND I GO TO THE MAIN screen and i click repar and i click the fix and it gives me like 50 floders! what am i gto do!

get in safe mode

right click on my computer>

properties>

system properties>

advance tab>

startup & recovery>

setting>

disable automatic restart
