Hidden User Account on Windows Vista

Hello,

I have a hidden user account on my computer that I as an administrator can not delete, it does not even show up when I go to to manage user accounts. The account comes up as other user then asks for username and password.

lol i tats your default account on xp it is know as all users on vista i beleive
