Forgot password and recovery phone number changed

I forgot my password and my recovery phone number they text the code to has changed i am on my Mobil I don't have a computer I guess that's why I cannot answer any security question I cannot contact any I've tried everything this is very important to me I really need my email for school please help I am giving you my alternative email pls respond
