Password lost and I don't have the phone anymore

I lost my password, but when I try to reset it, it send the code to my phone, but I lost the phone and I want to recover my password by using the alternative email. I don't remember the basic information to fill out the recovery form.
I have an alternative email, why is so hard Yahoo understand that. Please help!
