My CPU is not starting?

Yesterday I used my computer and shut down it.But today when I am starting it it is not starting.I pressed the power supply many atimes and it started but whenever I start it again it is not starting. I need to press the power button million of times.
Please help me.thank you

It certainly looks like a motherboard power supply problem which only a qualified technician can look into.

How can chech whether it is problem mother board or power supply?

The power supply is part of the motherboard. A technician has special testing equipment.
