Hi,

Both of my account have been blocked I filled many forms giving information about me and the last emails I sent until now no reaction from Microsoft.What should i do next ?

thanks they replied but they do not want to give me back access to my account. I created this account 18 years ago I have so much data I really do not know what to do.
