Toshiba black screen

Hello

I want to say that my laptop ? of Toshiba is attacked by a strange virus if i on the laptop there i cannot See anything.there is only blank screen .please help me sir I will be thankful for your help ******** please contact on this number Thanks.

That is not a virus but accumulated "flea" power which must drained from the laptop
