Arrows don't scroll since update to Windows 10

My arrow keys used to scroll when I held the key down but when I upgraded to Windows 10 some settings got changed & I haven't been able to find a way to get them to scroll! I have arthritis in my hands so continually pushing keys can be a problem. Does any one have any idea how to fix this problem?

Hello

It would be very nice of you if you could provide the make and model of your computer.

Usually, this type of issue is due to a keyboard driver that needs to be updated.

I have tried updating the drivers but I will try again. I am using an ASUS Notebook PC I purchased new in May, 2015
