epson printers jams Closed

Question

i just bought a brand new epson home expression xp-225 all in one printer .when i load the paper the machine seems to grab the paper and pull it from the bottem right hand side making the top out of line .that makes it chew the up the  bottom of paper and stops .the printer has never been used
