Canon Pixma 610 not printing black in word

Hello,

My printer will not print in black from a word doc. It is ok on scanning and printing PDFs. I have perfromed all the nozzle checks and depp cleaning suggestions. Any help would be very gratefully received

I would suggest if you have another PC or laptop in your house to try printing from it a word document to make sure your windows/software does not have any issue or maybe a malware.

Really appreciate the response - not working and same problem from the other laptop any further suggestions?

Sorry to hear that.
If you want you can try uninstalling the printer/driver and try to reinstall them again.
You can try also to turn your printer off, unplug it from the wall and your laptop and plug it again after 30 seconds.
