I would suggest if you have another PC or laptop in your house to try printing from it a word document to make sure your windows/software does not have any issue or maybe a malware.

If you want you can try uninstalling the printer/driver and try to reinstall them again.
You can try also to turn your printer off, unplug it from the wall and your laptop and plug it again after 30 seconds.
