Recovery of password /unused account/closed registered phone

Hello,
i have created a gmail account with username ***@*** i have not used this account for three four years the phone number registed with is also closed/not in use .how can irecover my password for this gmail account.i also donot remember the secret questions and other information filled. but ineed this account desprately as i have mentioned this account for some important correspondence

If there is no activity on an account for 30 days or more, it is automatically deleted from the server.
Sorry but your account no longer exist.
I suggest you create a new one.

But I am unable to create new account with same username or can I have the same new user name

This is the quote from Gmail:

Once you delete your Gmail address, you won't be able to use that same username (username@gmail.com) in the future.
