Debbie,
Please try to follow these steps to know how to remove Shockwave Flash Object add on from internet explorer:
- Open Internet Explorer icon on the taskbar.
- Tap or click the Tools button Tools button (gear icon on the Top Right side), and then tap or click Manage add-ons.
- Under Show (Left side in the middle), tap or click All add-ons, and then select the add-on you want to delete.
- Click on More Information (Left bottom side ) and Tap or click Remove and then tap or click Close.
To install Shockwave Flash Player add on again, click on the following link:
