There is no Bootmanager in hardware bios on Dell Inspiron 660s. Can I update Bios from A7 to A11 without getting an error?

The boot manager is a file on the hard disk. It's not in the BIOS at all. A missing Boot manager normally indicates a damaged or failed hard drive.

I would not attempt a BIOS update until you are 100% sure that all the hardware is working correctly.

Good luck
