Cant log in!!!

Hello,

i havnt used my yahoo account for a few years..after logging in it states "as you havnt logged in for a long time we would like conformation, please choose (call or text)"...my issue is the number i used years ago has changed and the account wont let me change the comformation phone number to log in!!!! thanks

I would love to help you, but you must be able prove that you are the phone's legitimate owner and you can't. Everyday mobiles are stolen, although you may be honest, we do not wish to help potential criminals.
