Hi carzola,
Are you trying to format using the Disk Management? Could you check if the pen drive appears with the correct format or it has changed to RAW? I strongly recommend you to try the pen drive on another PC in order to confirm where the issue is coming from. Try using the diskpart command from the Command prompt. It should be like this:
Diskpart
List disk
Select disk n (where n should be the number of the drive)
Clean
Create partition primary
active
format fs=ntfs label=”Flash” quick
assign
