nothing diplayed on the screen Closed

Question

Hello,
I removed the hard disk of hp G61 and replace it with the hard disk of hp G9.  The G9 worked perfectly but i removed the memory to check it and then i replace it smoothly. I put the original hard disk of G9 and i tried to turn it on but nothing diplayed on the screen knowing that the fan and hard disk is working and the capslk is blinking every  2 or 1 second. So what could be the problem please help.

Hello,

Try this 1

If you notice that your CPU fan is running but there is no display on the

the screen, then check your RAM.

Remove the RAM from the slot, clean it and place it back properly or try

another slot.

If you are having two RAMs then remove it, place only one RAM and

check if you are able to get the display. If the problem still exists then

change the slot. If the problem still exists then try the above procedure

with the other RAM.
