Hello Apple,
Could you upload a sample of your work book for us please so that we can assess your situation correctly.
You can upload a sample by using a free file sharing site such as DropBox, ge.tt or SpeedyShare then post back here with the link to your file. Be careful with any sensitive data.
In the meantime, I'm assuming that your template (Sheet 1) may be an Invoice template, or similar (Order Form?) drawing its inputs from Sheet 2 preparing it for assessment/mailing.
