Dell all-in-one desktop Factory Restore

Hello,

Something was updated and now my Dell all-in-one desktop doesn't work right. I need to do a factory restore and start over. How can I accomplish this? I have tried f2, f8, and ctrl-f11 and can't seem to get to the partition or restore. This system is only two months old so I am greatly frustrated. Please help.
