Hello tasos1989,
How do you connect the monitor to your PC - directly to the motherboard using its onboard video card or to a dedicated if you have one? If you have connected the cable to the autonomous video card, I would advise you to switch to the onboard video card in order to see if you get a signal. Also, if you have another VCD with the same specifications, you could try replacing your current one.
Keep me posted what happened.
