Installing XP from a Flash Drive

Hello,
I followed the directions to install XP from a flash drive according the link below:
https://ccm.net/computing/windows/843-create-a-bootable-usb-drive/
When I type in the command in step 8, I get an "invalid directory" message. Am I doing something wrong? Did I forget a step?

what size flash drive are you using? I think you are limited to a 2 MB drive to install XP.
