my customers changed his password 28 hours and he forgot his password for his email. When we try to reset his password, we couldn't because the phone number associated with that email is an old number he does not have access to and he does not have his passwords for his recovery email (I'm not even sure which one is his recovery email). We went through the questions about when he first opened his account, who frequently emails, and etc but he doesn't remember when he started his account and when I answer the other questions, I Still get nothing. I need to get his password reseted as soon as possible

If you ever get his account back, Please tell us how. It would seem that you have an insurmountable problem.

your word "insurmountable" is, in my view, very well chosen.

The recovery e-mail should have been changed before changing the password.
