Browsers do not work

Hello,

My Internet connection is available but i'm unable to access the network,but for opera i can connect to opera . But for other browsers i can't . So, someone plz help me to get out of this problem.

Did you try rebooting ( restarting ) your computer ? How about you switch your network and see if the problem still occurs?

I have tried but i doesn't work , only Opera works but the other doesn't work and moreover i can't update any of my software in my PC

You should use your installation DVD to do a repair. Which Win7,8,10 are you using ?

Try this 1.

1) Click on Start --> In search box, type cmd --> Then "CMD" will be displayed in

the search --> Now right-click on "CMD" ---> Select "Run as administrator".

2) Now enter this command

netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt

Press "Enter".

3) Reboot your computer
