Hi manikanta,
There are two reasons behind your issue. The very first is explorer.exe might not be loaded properly.And the next is some of the virus might have changed the file attribute as hidden, ans also the registry settings might be changed. Here are some useful advises...
1. Download unhidetool.exe and run it to unhide all the icons.
2. For registry fix, follow the below steps
Press Windows + R > type regedit > in the registry editor program type the path HKEY_LOCALMACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/WINDOWS NT/Current Version/Winlogon > on clicking on Winlogon, you have to see the item called 'shell' on the right pane > double click on shell > in the valvue data edit box, type explorer.exe and press ok > restart the computer
Once you restart, your problem will be solved.
