Hello,
Try RegRun Reanimator option "Scan Windows Startup".
Check the case "Use Deep Level Scanning Once (For Advanced Users)"
Right clic in the window and use "Copy to Clipboard" to search internet about an item/file.
Click on "False positive" for good items, and "Get it out" for bad, you can use the arrow to skip.
Don't forget to reboot computer.
You can also use "Fix Browser Redirect" option.
After, vaccinate your hard drives and pen drives against autorun.inf files with this:

Try this 1.
May be the files are in hidden mode.
Click on "Start" -->Run-->type cmd and click on OK.
Here I assume your external hard drive as G:
Enter this command.
attrib -h -r -s /s /d g:\*.*
You can copy the above command --> Right-click in the Command Prompt and
paste it.
Note : Don't forget to replace the letter g with your external hard drive letter.
Now press "Enter".
Now check for your files in external hard drive.
Good Luck.
