Computer password

Hello,
On a black screen my computer is saying
Type the password and ...
--press (ENTER) to leave password security enabled.
--press (CTRL)(ENTER) to disable password security.
Enter password: _
The only thing that seems to work on my keyboard is "Enter" and it doesn't work, please help me, I'm getting frustrated.

We are terribly sorry but CCM cannot help you to recover your lost password, because you can’t prove that you are the legitimate owner. . Everyday computers are stolen, although you may be honest, we do not wish to help potential criminals.
