Hello,
im ryan and i rea;;y need to know how to set my computer back to factory settings and my computer is windows xp and all i know is that the cd disc bit is called memorex

hi,
you can do a system restore.
>start
>all programs
>accessories
>system tools
>system restore
select the first date (date when you bought this computer).
follow the instructions and your computer will be to the original settings.
note that you files and folders will not be lost.
