Hello, pls I know nothing or less about computers. Last nigt I ask someone to shut down my laptop for me and give it to me. When she gave it to me , I saw "hibernating" on my lock screen. Waited a while for it to complete that process but null. So I switched it ff. Then this morning I turned it on, still "hibernating" on the locked screen. I closed the laptop without switching it off. And raised the screen up again , now the screen turned blue with nothing written on it except the mouse pointer. What should I do pls
