Hi Joyce,
Have you tried the flash drive on another PC o while running the PC in Safe Mode? Try using the
attrib -h -r -s /s /d g:\*.* command from Command Prompt where you must replace g with your flash drive’s drive letter. I strongly recommend you to update your anti virus software and do a complete scan. For some more suggestions, check the link below.
