Graphic card selection

Hello,

My mother board is ASUS make M5A97 LE R2

My board came without graphic card. Can I use NVIDIA card for my board.... If so, what will be the best selection. Also, if not NVIDIA, please suggest me a suitable card.

Check the type of slots, pciX, pci? check the type of card, pcix, pci? Once again, just an example, your exact specifics or requirements may vary from my example!

Actually, your MB has:
1 x PCIe 2.0 x16 (blue)
1 x PCIe 2.0 x16 (x4 mode, black)
2 x PCIe 2.0 x1
2 x PCI

So...off to google the GPU!

I am currently enjoying one....it runs World of Warships!
This fits a PCI Express 2.1 x16.....
