I can't recover my password

Hello,
I don't have an alternative email linked to my old email which is ***@***, my new email is ***@***. I don't think I have a phone number linked too. My BBM is however linked to this email, I have tried all possible means to recover but I have not been able to. Now the mail is locked because of too many wrong security answers input as I don't also remember the answer to that as well. I have tried all I can. Kindly help resolve as I have important info to retrieve in this old email.

Hello,

When is the last time you successfully accessed your account? If there is no activity on an account for 30 days or more, it is automatically deleted from the server.
