Hello,
Whenever I plug in new hardware into the usb port, I cannot install the hardware. The wizard pops up and i click on the automatic find correct hardware. It searches and searches but finds nothing. I don't know what to do. I can install programs from a CD, but not from anything from a usb port. Everything that has already been installed still works when i plug it in to the usb port such as my ipod or my thumb drive. I think I need a driver again for installing with the usb. What do i need to do in order for the USB port to work again? Thank you.

hi,
try to use the USB ports that are found at the back of the computer.
if these do not work either, then post your computer specs here and we will find the correct softwares for you.

hi!
First thing you can do is to check on device manager. Open it and locate the device you put in. And if you see there is an unknown device that has found by your device manager, doble click it and try to configure it together to the right native device driver installed on your system.
