Hello,

My Facebook has been disabled and my last empire war z game is bonded to that account. I've spent around 600 on the game. How can I get it back without having the Facebook account

Sorry but your only resort is to have your Fb account enabled.

How can I do that if Facebook won't check my id to reactivate my page? Then what, I'll just be out $600?!

Did Facebook tell you that they will not check your id? That is very strange behaviour on their part.

I suspect that you have not explained here the entire issue about your account being disabled.

My husband is a sex offender and he was in my profile picture. Someone reported MY Facebook and Facebook disabled MY account. I sent a picture of my id 3 days ago and have received no reply

Sorry to hear about the pain you must have endured.

You mean that the picture for your profile was your husband's not yours ?

It was a picture of my husband and his deceased father. I made it my profile picture in memory of him

You have a huge problem.

Over the past months, Facebook has undergone a huge clean-up to clear fake accounts, doubled accounts, false identities, minors, etc. Thousands of people are receiving requests to submit id. If the profile picture does not match with the id, the account is disabled and within 15 days, it is deleted from the server.

You last and only hope would be to appeal, explain the reasons in full and promise to change the picture as soon as you recover the account. (If not already deleted)

P.S. In your appeal, give it all you got, don't spare the sauce. You just might be lucky enough to reach a human being rather than a robot.
