Moniter "no siginal found"

Hello,
I have a acre moniter and I built my computer. I have been trying to install the os but I can't get the moniter to recognize that I have it pluged into my graphics card. I tried to connect the cord to my Gpu first and then I tried to connect the cord to my motherboard. motherboard.

Western digital blue 1tb

Perhaps the CPU is not installed correctly.
