Forgotten password of micro SD 2gb card

Hello,
I created a password for my memory card so That I could keep my personal photos safe.....but afterwards I restored my phone settings due to which my memory card locked and I was not remembering password to reopen it.....please help my only hope is CCM please help me... I'm begging...
