Try these steps:
1. Download the appropriate Bluetooth Drivers for you Laptop from Manufacturer's Website.
2. Uninstall completely (remove any traces of the existing Bluetooth Drivers).
3. Install the Drivers downloaded in Step 1.
4. Restart the computer.
For steps specific to installation of Drivers on your PC, please reply with the Manufacturer's Name and System Model of your PC.
