hi! i am having problem updating my system from windows update menu.

What error it shows when you try to update your windows?

sometimes it after clicking the window update from the start menu, it wont start at all, and sometimes it will but take a long time, but after clicking the update link, it will give a message about the system not running currently that i need to restart the system. i have try restarting the system but still wont work.

Download and Run microsoft fixit from here.

After that restart your pc and try to run updates again.
