Forgot password and security question

Hello,
I forgot password and security questions to my email... ***@***. I do have app for yahoo on phone where I can check and send email but need to be able to log on email with desktop. Can you helpe by sending to my email that I can check on app... ***@*** or I have ***@***. Really need my password for the ***** asap thanks
