Please understand that I am old as leather so I don't know much about the computer, Internet, Google Chrome, etc. I just would appreciate some help. My Google Chrome has not been working for many weeks. If someone could tell me in a way that I can understand, how to fix it, I would be ever so grateful.

Does Internet Explorer work?

Have you verified with your Internet provider that you have a signal?

I suggest you power off the modem to reset it - if you have no signal.
