Explain what you mean by cycles
YOu can tweek the MTU's! Go to sany speed test webpage an dtest your download speed. Then go to :
www.speedguide.net. On the left hand index, there is a menu item that says TCP/IP Optimizer. Click on that and download it.
Then go to downloads, and run the optimizer from an admin elevated profile. On the bottom of that module, you will see a radio button that says "optimize". Click the radio button, and slide the slider in the middle of the page to the speed you tested to earlier. Now hit apply. Reboot. It should be faster. Make certain you are getting the download speed that you are paying for also!
