No audio out on tv trying to hook up bluetooth transmiter

Hello,
My Tv has no audio out button to hook my Bluetooth transmitter to play over a Bluetooth tower speaker. It did have a headset connection but can not just play audio through speaker only I have to have the tv volume on as well and they are not in sequence with each other.
