                    hi there,
you will probably need to install the drivers from the manufacturer website.
alternatively, if your ethernet connection works you could plug it in and run Windows Updates.

                    This kind of issue I have also faced. I also tried almost every solution but go in vain. Then I open my laptop and just clean it up. After that my wifi work perfectly.
