Hello,

my name is Stephen I tried to log in to my Microsoft account and it said that it was suspended due to violation of the rules but I didn't do anything to my account someone hacked my account I want to know how do I create a new account

Hello,

When you say "Microsoft account", did you mean "Outlook account"?
