Hello,
i used to remove my usb flash drive without the option 'eject' and then yesterday i did the same bu my usb drive damaged and now when i entter the usb inside my computer and its saying g:/ is not available the request you entered cannot be performed because of an I/O device error plz help me and yes my usb had led light when its entered but from yesterday its also not working or lighting whats the wrong with it and how to solve it its a transmemory plz plz help

Removing a usb flash drive without the option 'eject' will most of the time damage the device, unfortunately they cannot be repaired.
